Arize Bistro was a random choice one day when we went Long Beach to check out record shops. I had their Cold brew and Bomb omelette. I was surprised how good their Cold brew was. A cold and refreshing dark cup of java that danced on my taste buds. I don't know how they made the eggs in the Bomb omelette but it was super fluffy. Combined with the bacon, sausage and cheese it was one of the best egg omelette that I've had. Next time? They have a humongo chicken sausage that looks so good.

Enjoyable find, thanks to an Instagram by a fan of the place. I came for the sticky rice mango pancakes and was not let down. A fleeting moment in the Instagram along with many other items I'd like to try! You order at the counter but they bring it to you, we sat outside and it was a lovely day. The guys behind us were there as well due to the insta! The pancakes were their house cakes, so not made with rice flour as far as I could tell. Would be even better if they were. Prices are average Breakfast, we bussed our own table when done as they seemed pretty busy, and easy to do.

I got to say this place is really nice not only the customer service but the food is on point. Super delicious! And you have to try the ice Thai tea with matcha cold foam bomb.com The ambience is pretty chill and my food was very tasty.

If you come here I recommend joining their waitlist on their website! We did not see a waitlist on Yelp and assumed they didn't have one but they have one listed on their website and we went on Sunday at 10pm and waited about 30-40min. I've heard a lot about this place and was excited to try Thai fusion brunch. My table ordered the hot Asian omelette, the Monte Cristo, crispy tofu, and the chicken and waffles. Everything here was SO GOOD! My favorite was the Monte cristo it was sweet and savory and the bread was so fluffy. The hot Asian omelette was described on the menu as having Thai spices and flavor in it but it was very underwhelming and not a crowd pleaser in my opinion. Everything here was really good but I did wish the menu and dishes had more Thai influences to them since it is supposed to be an Asian fusion place. :(

Thai inspired brunch place in Long Beach. Its a small establishment so be prepared for a wait on the weekends. I recommend joining the online waitlist through Toast app. Parking wasnt terrible as everyone says, there were plenty of street parking along Elm Street (come on Sunday for free parking) For a thai inspired brunch place, id expect there to be more thai fusion menu items. However the only unique item was the mango sticky rice pancakes. Their chicken and waffles were solid though. Drinks could use some work. The thai iced tea was mostly sugar and milk. The matcha latte needs some work, it tasted like 95% almond milk with a splash of matcha. Good thing I used the yelp check in for that

This spot kept popping up on my Instagram feed so I took that as a sign and checked this place out. It's a cozy little corner spot in downtown Long Beach so you know how that goes, you gotta find street parking. Since we went early, it wasn't so bad trying to find parking. It was the Mango Sticky Rice that reeled me in to wanting to try this spot and I must say, it was pretty good. It's actually a big portion so it's enough to share. My daughter and husband got the bacon, eggs and cheese waffle sandwich to share. Good thing they did because that was a nice size portion too. Ambiance is quaint and the service was a good timely matter. When you first walk in, you'll order at the counter before finding a table. They had specials and drinks on the right side of the wall. I ordered the pistachio cold brew and the pistachio notes really pushes through. They'll give you a number to put on the table and off you go. Oh and...this place is only open for breakfast through brunch. A good spot for Asian American fusion, go try it already!

Ordered and seated pretty quickly. Would honestly give it 4.5 stars because we had to wait a little bit to receive our food but it was worth the wait! Crispy Chicken Waffle Sammich was very tender and juicy and crispy. The waffle had a nice little sweetness to it (no need for the syrup). Japanese Chicken Curry also had nice crispy chicken and the curry itself was pretty good. It was nice with the pineapple rice.

I came here for the first time on a Sunday at 12pm, it was a little busy but we got seated pretty quickly. The menu has a variety of options and lots of drinks to choose from. This was one of the best omelets I've had in a while. I really enjoyed the potatoes and kale salad that came as sides. The biscuit was soooo good!! Customer service is great, the staff is very nice and food comes out quickly. There's so much character inside the restaurant with cool artwork. Overall I enjoyed my experience here!

Loved the food and vibes! Waffle and Biscuit were perfect. Great service too ! We'll be back!
